By submitting a design, you, as the owner of the design submitted to the contest (hereinafter will be referred to as the "Designer") agree to be subject to the following terms.

   You transfer all your rights in connection with your design to 80000 LTD. (hereinafter will be referred to as "itself") after the purchase of the design upon its selection for printing.

itself acquires the following rights in connection with the Designer's design through the purchase of the design:

• (i) Modifying the design,
• (ii) Processing the design,
• (iii) Printing the design on every type of media and product,
• (iv) Reproducing the design,
• (v) Selling the printed design, and
• (vi) Publishing the design through the website and use it for promotional purposes

You will re-acquire the rights attached to your design if your design is not made subject to any process by itself within 60 (sixty) days of its approval. The Designer is under the obligation to notify itself prior to usage or selling of his/her design in order for the design to be removed from the itself website. In case of the Designer's failure to make such notification, itself cannot be hold liable for keeping the design within the website.

By submitting your design to itself, you acknowledge, undertake and warrant to itself the following:

• (i) the design is your original product,
• (ii) the design does not include parts subject to the trademark and copyright of a third party or any other intellectual property right,
• (iii) the design has not been previously published through any media or its rights have not been transferred to any other third party person, company or organization.
• (iv) the design has not been / is not being featured in any other design contests including but not limited to the internet (i.e. other online design contests)
• (v) the design does not offend any person, group or community in any way

itself has a right not to accept and not to publish the submissions.

The winning designs throughout the contest will be printed at an amount of 3000 and will be rewarded with USD 1.750 and itself-coins in the amount of USD 250. For the one-time-only reprint the Designer will receive a further USD 1.750 and itself-coins in the amount of USD 250. Payments will be made by itself through Paypal or by Wire Transfer. All taxes, duties and charges that may arise during or after the payment process shall be born by itself. Payments will be made by itself within 90 (ninety) days of the announcement of a winning design. This contract MUST be filled and posted to 80000 LTD within this 90 (ninety) day period.

itself has the right to modify the design as deemed necessary by itself. Such modifications include but are not limited to changing the size and colour of the design provided that the modifications made by itself are notified to the Designer. The Designer has the right to withdraw its design as a result of the modifications made by itself.

The decisions of Hereitself.com are final and binding.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest Rules shall be resolved by Istanbul courts and execution offices.
