How do I get votes here?

I'm completely new to this site and I just subbed my first design. But it only got 2 votes in the first day, is that normal or is it just that no one likes me?
I bet no one likes me, I should go back to my corner.
Anyway, take a look if you wish, and vote kindly if you like it.

Hey Hector! It is a bit lonely, don't think there's a huge amount of voting going on, although I'm digging the buttons as well. One thing that's annoying is that I can't even tell if a design has won or not! I was voting and leaving comments on designs that had already been printed. Also, all the designs seem to say "0 more days". Wtf? I'm confused. Anyway, I just signed up today, good to see a familiar face :)
Yeah, I noticed that too, and it keeps getting you to older designs that already finished voting, other than that I think it's pretty cool here. Nice to see you around.
so is hereitself losing hype? :( where's the community? i still have zero votes. :(
that's too bad, I have noticed that myself... Myfriends dont like to log in a new page so I rarely get any votes from there so my votes tend to stay very low also :(
hope this site gets a little more activity?
p.s. I dont like also that if you vote, it goes straight to the next design and it is totally random.. it may be some of the oldest which arent in a vote anymore even? does that happen to u too?
LOL Hi, Hector! It doesn't appear that massive amounts of votes occur here; I poked around a bunch of the subs. I do like their voting buttons, though, and not having to choose the additional "I'd buy it" kind of thing. :)
